Renewal is Expensive. Other competitors like GoDaddy gives good Renewal discount. Big Rock doesn't have Promo Code option during renewal. Maximum you get from support team is 5-10% even for 4 years renewal.

I don’t know where to begin my ‘story’, but I do know where to end, and it is with me, finding another website hosting company! For 10 days now, I have been trying to get my website working properly on Big Rock’s server, but despite it working fine on my previous website, hosting company’s server, Big Rock can’t get it to work. I have had numerous dealings over the past 10 days with many different people, who all appear to be very helpful, but clearly don’t have a clue what they’re doing because they haven’t resolved the problem. I have requested a refund twice now, but keep getting emails back suggesting that I try “something else”. I have told them that I’m not going to waste any more time dealing with them and would like a refund immediately. I have had no response so far.Their website states that they have a“30 day money-back guaranteeIf you're not 100% satisfied with Big Rock, we'll refund your payment. No hassle, no risk.”RUBBISH!!Since writing this review, I have been told that my refund will be “looked at within 1 to 2 business days and then, once confirmed, will take 7 to 15 business days” for the money to be refunded. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! ??In response to Gabriela (see below), despite Big Rock not being able to host a simple website, or allow me to make any changes, they have now managed to instantly removed it from the Internet, so my business now has no website! All this was done swiftly and before I’ve even had my refund!

Whenever anything goes wrong (which isn't very often), Big Rock staff will sort it out quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hosting needs.

Renewal rates are higher than what they offer or show in the home page for new customers!This led to the downfall of GoDaddy and many others... Hope this company takes a remedial measure soon before it loses its customers to other competitors

I'm using Big Rock since 3 years, I haven't face any problems yet. The support team of Big Rock are very helpful if i face any difficulty , although they reply after 15 min later after I drop the message. It would be great if they reply little quicker. Overall Big Rock is great, affordable and beginners friendly plus value for money.

The offer is clear and simple.Might not be the cheapest out there, but at this point in my life, I can't be bothered to figure out AWS myself :PIt could be made clearer when there are offers to upgrade, or if there are sales, whether it would save me money or not. Now I just never look at them because I don't know if my original sale is better or not.
