Big Rock hosts our ecommerce website. The hosting service works reasonably well. However, the data speeds are only mediocre--i.e. the site doesn't load as quickly as it should at times. The customer service is rather poor. It's hard to reach anybody without a long wait. For example, I'm currently waiting for Live Chat right now as I write this, and once again, there's a very long wait (over 40 minutes at this point). I'm debating whether to renew or try a different service.

I am not a trained web designer, nor do I spend much time learning tech, but I am naturally good at tech stuff. I think Big Rock would be hard to use for the average guy or gal who just wants to put up a simple web site. But for anyone with some knowledge and skill, this is an inexpensive service that does more than I even know or understand.

They have quite fast servers, the main thing is that they provide you with what they have promised & a Lill More. Support is Okay Not great. but Most things on their Cpanel are easy to understand & work with. I like their offers too cheap but they are trying to give their best.

I asked to transfer my domain and renew it so I could use it for my email. They sold me web hosting and didn't extend the domain registration at all. They are total crooks

Had great 8 years with the Big Rock and enjoyed the support fully. They went all out to help even when it was not issue at their end. Support keep cool even when you are not LOI. Had to leave as I needed VPS with flexibility options. Wish them all the best .

I bought hosting by mistake today. I can't make a refund, it sends a 404 error, there is no way to contact support on the site.

Cancelled service in three days after setting it up and followed a simple instruction in the email.Upon a few requests by the hosting Co I sent them required payment info. Company found that I paid but apologizing and asking me to continue sending info to another email.Front page of Big Rock says that they have over 1k positive reviews on Google, I cannot find any reviews on Google. Scammers!

I've not had any problems with their hosting service. Everything has been really good.
