They are consistently prompt and quick in understanding the requirement and finding solutions sincerely. I wanted my domain and mail account to be connected to shopify. I raised the request for each on two different days. On both occasions they completed the task very quickly. Even before also they have helped me in solving my issues quite promptly.

I moved to AWS for 2 years, 0 help, when I was desperate, for just my login info. they wanted 75.00 for someone to call me... that's when i looked Big Rock for the first time, and I had no idea what to expect, I was amazed by service, the price, the team in General is more than eager to help you succeed and get you going day one. I will never leave these people, I signed up for two years, next time I am do for a renewal I would like a lifetime contract! I Just Love them!
