Interacted with chat team ( name was Triesnha) and 5 star for the great support. She knows the process and helped me in resolving my issue. They do not have a voice call centre but chat support is excellent and you may trust on them. One good thing I liked is that they shared the complete chat conversation via mail for the record. This I have never seen anywhere. So liked the transparency.

It just perfect and there is nothing else to say.

I changed for TSO Hosting (who used to be good) because they had become a joke re customer service. Big Rock are a huge degree better. Responsive help, fast servers and good value. I'm very pleased and u am saving £500 pa with a better product ?? I guess that says it all. V happy.
