Hi dear Big Rock. Few months ago I booking a VPS service, that a good client service experience, But I found it not support cento7 system and the speed not very good, So I unsubscribe it. I really hope Big Rock can make it better, and update those problems. Thanks lot!

My experience with Big Rock support has always been 5 ??…excellent service, extremely helpful and kind. Nothing they couldn’t fix! I couldn’t have my web designer business without their help. Never had better service anywhere. ??

I really want to love this service, but so far I've not managed to get my website migrated through their service and the fact that there is no-one to talk to has become a real frustration. The email support response is pretty quick but if, as in my case, it takes a conversation rather than just a link to an article, then the overall time to resolve the problem stretches beyond a comfortable period.Hopefully we can get this sorted and I can upgrade my review and start to feel this service lives up to the sales pitch.Further to your response - Although I have been told that a specialist is going to look at my case, so far nobody has in fact 'reached out' to me as you say. I am still waiting.

The payment process is not that good, you cannot physically talk to a manager when having issues with the system. THey only provide basic support.

It's great to feel that Big Rock cares about you along with all its employees. and seeing that they are sincerely approaching the solution of your problems is an indispensable feature for a customer. however, this feature alone can not be satisfactory. Because a high quality and strong hosting service is also expected. At my previous hosting company the customer service was fine, but my sites were mostly loading in about 20 seconds, which was a really frustrating issue. Luckily I came across Big Rock. In terms of both customer service and technical service, I think I am in the most super hosting company ever. my sites load very fast, Big Rock's control panel is very easy to use. technical support is very fast, solution oriented, has courteous and helpful staff. My only regret is that I wish I had bought my package for 4 years instead of 2 years. because now, when I want to extend my server service, the prices are of course not the same as when I first bought them. Finally thank you Big Rock for excellent customer service and strong technical infrastructure. I have some ideas as suggestions. It would be great if the domain transfer process was free. It would also be nice if we could log in directly to the e-mail if it did not ask for a password when opening the e-mail account from the panel.

I had a hard time with the configuration of the webmail. I was not able to receive emails but can able to send emails. The customer service of the chat support is superb. Maria gave me clear instructions and also accommodate my additional queries.
