I like the fact I can create a number of websites within same hosting account.

Had a radio station website with Big Rock . For some reason Big Rock deleted everything when asked why they tryed to tell me I asked for that to be done .I never asked for that to be done then was told to log in but I had no password to log in with as they never contacted me at all . To get a password wouldn’t never use them again even 1 star is to good for them

wasted a entire day to transfer a empty cPanel to another datacenter. Even now when i write this review they still telling technical team will notify me when it's done worst experience from a hosting company compared all other vendors

I had a difficulty to understand the steps in order to change my domain. The support was very helpful, explained the steps with more detail, checked the info and provided additional information.

Easy to use and setup our website or super fast speed

The support person explained the causes of the issue. The problem could be identified and resolved. However, there still seems to be a mismatch between database usage reported by Hpanel and phpMyAdmin. Hpanel shows a higher number and the database access gets restricted before the actual usage reaches 3GB.

I am a new customer. Having a great support team to assist with configuration and migrating from my old hosting company to Big Rock made it successful.

I've used various hosts over the past 25+ years for everything from shared hosting to dedicated managed and unmanaged servers. Based on that experience, I would definitely rate Big Rock as one of the top tier hosting companies.I have now been with them for 3+ years running 4x 'cloud server' accounts, one VPS and one shared hosting account.Up-time is excellent and the performance is great.Most importantly, I've always found support to be very responsive, knowledgeable and willing to 'go the extra mile' when a problem arises.

My website disappeared, don't know what happened.

Everything is good and all but there is a problem for a noob like me I don't even know that I need to buy hosting for my website. So you should have shown in the dashboard like what to buy next. It's just showcasing my domain name Because if you don't ill not understand what to buy next . I'm a ux /ui designer that's why I got to know a pain point.That's why you just missed on 5 star review
