Very bad customer support i got 500 internal servers on the "Cloud Professional" Hosting file and to solve that problem they asked me to charge is like "YOU NEED TO GIVE MONEY FOR SERVER THST'S FINE THEN THE REAL CASE IS IF ERROR ON THEIR SERVER THEN ALSO WE NEED TO PAY AMOUNT TO FIX ISSUE ON THIR SERVER" It's Real fun!!!!!Very Stupid hosting provider ever seen total loos of your money and third-quality server speed frequently you will get 500 internal server errors.I am a developer and ask for money to fix that error because i know everything i will not give money to them by someone non-technical ask that then they will pay and that is what running on this platform.if i can give a negative rating i can give -100000000000000 rating to them and I really angry with their customer support worst experience ever with any hosting provider i have used many hosting providers but this is the worst i have ever seen.I am a developer and all can see what service i am providing Wordpress web development service find me on google with "mr_darshanpatel fiverr"Last but not list "DON'T USE THIS PLATFORM WORST SERVER AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT"Darshan Patel(Wordpress Web Developer 4+years of experience).

I was using it for 4 years but at the time to renew its cheaper to get a new service instead of renewing the current one, they don't offer a migration if you want to do that option so you have 2 options, migrate it manually or change company

Update: Big Rock claims they are waiting to help me restore my sites, but that is not the case at all. As usual, its ongoing poor customer service and all my sites are still down thanks to a series of mistakes on their part.Original review: Big Rock has poor server security and poor customer support. I purchased Big Rock hosting and moved a few sites to their hosting. Most of them went down and I could not even access the WP dashboard. The malware scanner showed the site was safe however it appears that their servers are not secure. The customer support agent then deleted files off my site which caused another issue. They then asked me $80+ tax which they described as a 'fair' price to attempt to restore my sites (which went down because of their mistake) with no guarantee that they would be able to restore my site + it would take them a few days to evaluate what went wrong on their side. What a joke!

Big Rock's domain/site management is different from their competitors, but their web support is quite responsive and their domain prices overall blow godaddy out of the water. I was a bit disappointed to find virtually no scripting support (Pearl, CGI, etc) unless you get their VPS product. "Premium Web Hosting" has no support for such things. Regardless, the pricing for hosting and domains is still superior. I'm a convert even if their "Premium Web Hosting" is more like Premium-Adjacent Web Hosting... If you don't need to run server-side scripts their AI web designer using WordPress is quite good on the Premium-Adjacent product (hehe). I honestly didn't even want a flashy site, but their site designer cranked out a fairly compelling design complete with verbiage from only a few sentences from me describing the website. Very ChatGPT Good! Honestly, it is a great service.

I think Big Rock is a phenomenal site for people who have experience in website design or coding - I however do not. The price is amazing and the customer services is available 24/7 (or at least I've never seen them not available - they always respond to me within 5 minutes including on weekend evenings). However figuring out how to embed codes and integrating other websites/companies features into my website for tasks such as sending an automated email to my subscribers is a headache. I also wish the analytical info was a little more in depth (how users got to your website - such as from facebook or google or a blog). Now that I'm established within Big Rock I am not going to switch platforms, but had I realized how uneducated I was to use this platform I would originally have picked a more intuitive host site.
