I was unable to work out a solution using the help section. I contact Big Rock using the chat function, and they were able to resolve the issue within minutes. Even more impressed by what has been excellent service throughout.

This hosting provider doesn't seem to understand how important quality Minecraft servers are. We've had countless problems, and their technical team has never been able to resolve them properly. Even if the service doesn't work, you won't get your money back. We wouldn't recommend this provider for anyone who wants reliable hosting for their game server.

Very poor experience tried buying a Minecraft server then they overcharged me they said 1st month was going to be 5.99 however it was around 11.00 I am not happy with this company and it's very confusing DO NOT BUY FROM HERE find a better hoster.However, edit: money was refunded but I do want to note that their system is very confusing and I would recommend going to a different hoster.

I was pleased to see my issue is solved in no time even it was weekend

So far, I have nothing to complain about. The company meets my needs well.
