My experience with Big Rock has been very good, the customer service and support is the most valuable service ;) if you have any trouble with your hosting they can help you fix it.Santiago From the Spanish Service is incredible.

don't be fooled by their cheap pricing, I bought the Business plan, they limit the data transfer I/O (KB/s) to 1 MB/S although they provide NVMe storage which will be useless because they limit the transfer rate between it and the ram of the server, can't even edit a simple word press page without getting Error 500 every few seconds. and they don't mention it in the details of their packages comparison, have to go to the details packages tables at the end of the hosting offers page to find where they mention that limitation. if you will host a static page it will be ok, but if you will host any dynamic content 1024KB I/O limit will never work for you even if you don't have any traffic. they just want to push you to buy a higher cloud or VPS package which has a slightly higher performance to keep pushing you to upgrade.

Great support when it's needed, which is EXTREMELY rare. I have been using Big Rock going on 3 years now and it has been effortlessly simple to do everything I need to do to host my site. The pricing is great too.

Because of a glitch on Big Rock side, my domains were gone for about three days.After making a negative review to get my case to high priority (always works with any platform) I am very happy that the issue was resolved immediately and to give them 5 stars because beside this inconvenient issue, I am using Big Rock since almost four years and was always great.The customer service has always been very helpful since the day of transfer to their platform and I just finished a complete new website using their own Web Builder powered by AI in 24 hours.I really suggest it for everyone out there.No need any coding skills and is very intuitive and everything works properly.Thank you Big Rock!

Big Rock actually cares for his customers not matter how small they are, the support team is awesome, super fast and super helpful, it really feels like you aren’t getting just a VPS or something, there’s a team to help you out. Standard pricing but really premium care.

This should be an easy tool to create your website! It is not! Customer service also is only via chat and takes forever to get somewhere as you need to share print screens and wait and wait and wait! It's a waste of time and energy!
