I have not been with you all for over a year yet, but my time with you has been consistent for the most part. Today was my first actual issue and the Tech was amazing with helping me (I am a software developer and for once I wasn't talked down to by tech support, it's an amazing breath of fresh air!).

So basically my experience with them has been amazing so far. Specially with one of their customer services that I do not remember the name or I dont want mention the name so that they do not tell it is paid thing.

I've used Interserver's VPS for over 5 years straight and the support has always been impeccable and now I've been struggling with horrible Big Rock support for over 20 days!Big Rock didn't charge for using Direct Admin and after I used it for 2 years, all of a sudden my sites crashed with the message that the Direct Admin license was expired!That is, they didn't even warn customers in advance that they would start charging for the license and those who didn't pay would have their websites offline!After I saw that all my sites went down and were requiring the license, I purchased from the Direct Admin site, but to my surprise, when I entered the admin panel, I noticed that all my sites were gone!I asked Big Rock support for help restoring a backup and after 3 days they were able to restore the backup but still no website in there!Asking Direct Admin support for help, they informed me that it was the server's fault, for maintaining an old terminal system!I'm paying for this vps without any support from Big Rock and with damages because of them!

Rafi is a great guy who did great things so I am giving him five stars. However, Big Rock.com must improve on resolving the DNS abuse issue where third party abusers and fraudsters and scammers steal traffic from my domains and try to steal my domains by complaining about URDP, etc. Please be very careful act quickly and don't let us loose domains to fraudsters! It has been a long time already and still the issue never gets resolved.

Everything is made easy for me to use, for example a very easy and clear hpanel, and above all is the top notch customer service. Ive been using Big Rock for 4 years now and I never had a problem that the customer service couldn't solve, and they solve it fast while been very friendly

The pricing at Big Rock seemed too good to be true so I was skeptical at first. But I have had zero issues with their VPSes. I needed a temporary extra VPS which was hard to cancel as they make it hard to find, which was my only issue. I'm very content with my heavy duty, affordable VPS.
