Looked good, fizzled quickly.I scoured for weeks for a new platform to switch to. I tried one company in Canada, sales was useless and that's already a bad sign. Then I came across Big Rock. Read the good and bad, but after a few days, decided to try it out without switching all my web pages over. Tried to switch one over. Error after error. I couldn't even transfer one domain over successfully for various reasons. I have everything working on my current Cpanel. Switching to Big Rock's Admin panel looks attractive, but that's where it ends. Within the first 3 days of signing up, I had to contact support 3 times. They replied with online chat fairly quickly, but problems were not resolved at all. In the end, I had a bunch of domains to transfer over, plus wanted to sign up new customers to hosting there, but it became very discouraging and after the first few days. I can only imagine if I asked them to transfer everything for me, what could have happened. I just stopped using it today. I got billed for my 2nd month and the price went up $5 from my original fee. After seeing that, I just cancelled my membership.

ZERO STARS! Screw this company.. They take your money first THEN you can't even use the service. Took over a month to get anyone to help just get logged into the service. THEN it couldn't be connected to the broker i was using to trade on. HORRENDOUS customer service and they just take your money and don't offer refunds. SHADY!! SHADY!! SHI**Y!! absolute waste of time and money! Far superior providers out there.EDIT: they issued a refund.

When I start a Big Rock suport, the response is very precise e faster. The people are very cool and friend when I need them.

I had a .wpress file that I wanted to import in to a new web site, but i couldn´t do my self because the file was over the limit. They helped me to importer without any problem. Thanks for the help!
