Suddenly on one fine day, all the website images stopped working because the CDN requests were getting blocked by Big Rock. Asked them to resolve it. Here we are on 4th day with that task being the highest priority and yet no resolution to it. It used to be the best hosting provider but the quality of service for existing clients has deteriorated by tenfolds after my recent experience.UPDATE: As of 26th Nov, it's been 10 days without a solution and just back-and-forth text. I am still waiting for their response and will update my comment once things are resolved.Another update as on 28th Nov: Finally they found the root cause which was on their end and resolved the issue. Kudos to Manuel who was really helpful and did not talk like others who just did not care and did not extend the support to provide a reliable and genuine response like him. My trust in Big Rock is back after 12+ days of struggling and hunting for a solution. I am updating my rating to 4 for that reason. This is due to the efforts of Manuel who helped me like a pro!

I had a problem with website performance and tonnes of questing regarding the issue. I was connected to Tayfun and he was incredibly helpful. presenting very high knowledge and comeing with accurate and very specified answers, ideas or advices.
