After 3 days of dealing with a login issue! I finally had it taken care on 3rd contact, 2 days later by an effective tech, at the recovery team on the 3rd day of confronting the login issue that was critical to me and my business. The 5th Star didn't come into place because of the delay, I experienced with the first 2 techs in realizing my need was critical and it needed to go to the recovery team in that initial contact, but it didn't until the second contact, but it took a 3rd contact with the recovery team on the 3rd day of experiencing the login issue to be resolved. The 4 stars go to the last tech, at the recovery team, who was very effective indeed. I would change the protocol and let that tech in recovery id the need and then pass it on to a tech that will resolve it. Thank you, 3rd tech at recovery!

The free email plan included is only 1 Go storage per mail account. It is very insufficient for an IMAP configuration especially considering the webmail does not allow to configure an automatic deletion of older mails and block incoming mails once storage is full.Hopefully, Wordpress hosting seems to be very efficient !

They had a nice hosting package, but the website builder was awful. I also tried to use WordPress and couldn't get past the first step. I spent hours on excruciatingly slow chat help to no avail. I wanted to like this company, but alas, It felt like pulling teeth to try to get help.

I got a positive response and attitude from the team when they send me a bill for something I did not buy. They canceled this and apologized!

HostingRaja hosts our ecommerce website. The hosting service works reasonably well. However, the data speeds are only mediocre--i.e. the site doesn't load as quickly as it should at times. The customer service is rather poor. It's hard to reach anybody without a long wait. For example, I'm currently waiting for Live Chat right now as I write this, and once again, there's a very long wait (over 40 minutes at this point). I'm debating whether to renew or try a different service.

there is no customer support Number in India, why?

They have quite fast servers, the main thing is that they provide you with what they have promised & a Lill More. Support is Okay Not great. but Most things on their Cpanel are easy to understand & work with. I like their offers too cheap but they are trying to give their best.

I like HostingRaja. In 2020 I bought a 3 year hosting plan which was amazing. This time around I bought a plan but wasn't really into it just few minutes after I bought so I requested a refund and the refund page had issues so I messaged support and she was supper helpful. My problem is the refund time 7 to 15 business days is too much out of that I like HostingRaja.
