The support person explained the causes of the issue. The problem could be identified and resolved. However, there still seems to be a mismatch between database usage reported by Hpanel and phpMyAdmin. Hpanel shows a higher number and the database access gets restricted before the actual usage reaches 3GB.

Yes i was waiting last 46 hrs for my migration request... They still tell me "don't worry we're interested" they lie obviously... This is torture to me! im stuck here, and im waiting last 46 hrs do nothing...49. hrs and same: nothing!UPDATEIn fact, the problem is that there is a system like "we will respond to you by e-mail" for people who want "live support". If I want an e-mail, you already offer that option to me in the first place...It turned out that I was sent an e-mail saying that the migration was complete at the 36th hour, and because I missed it, I waited another 28 hours and spent it by asking the live support from time to time. I have more than 20 websites in total, e-mail can be overlooked very easily... Also, the interesting thing is that the friends in the live support are not informed about it. If they knew, maybe they could warn meAll in all, the transaction is ok but I can say this: Black Friday 2022 was really Black for me

Although Manuel for the hotline was very friendly and willing to help (as all the hotliners I was ever in contact), he wasn't able to solve my problem because during one of the last hpanel updates, an important functionality (create an independent vhost for a subdomain website) which I used to better organise and isolate different websites on my hosting was suddenly removed. :-(Edit: Manuel contacted me again and provided me with an alternative solution. Thus, I increased my rating from 3 to 4,stars.

I've been working with support to run down a backup problem. As different people work on the issue, it seems that they do not take the time to read the e-mail chain. I am often resharing information that was already given. On a couple of occasions, I was told things were fixed, but they replicated an earlier mistake that could have been avoided if they just read the e-mails. Feedback on progress is only given when asked for which does not make me feel I can trust that they are actually working on things.
