Initially when I joined they do not have a built-in website builder so I had to source their affiliate partner thus incurring extra cost for website building. I m now testing their proprietary builder which is the same as the one I m currently using so looking at switching to CMS to be able to have the option to create offline

For me, I have the daunting task of moving from a shared hosting account on another company to a VPS on HostingRaja. It's been a journey that's not for the impatient, or the unwilling to learn. The HostingRaja chat agents help alot by helping with specific issues as i go, but I find that for VPS clients, the HostingRaja tutorials and YouTube videos are less than robust, in that there should be basic onboarding videos and tutorials to help us VPS clients navigate, especially when coming from a shared hosting environment. And while I understand that they have a managed VPS service, and the level of support I need may seem counterintuitive, I believe that more guidance on the transition from shared to VPS hosting will result in more transitions to shared VPS, as many clients may prefer it when faced with the reality of hosting our own VPS servers. Other than that, it's been about a week so far, and overall, I'm learning alot, and looking forward to working with HostingRaja going forward.

Waited for over 45 minutes before someone bothered to respond on the live chat. This is the same amount of time I had spent without the priority addon. With the priority addon, should have been better but nope. Asked for a supervisor, apparently, supervisors don't work on weekends, so I am wondering who is managing the shift really during the weekends. If something goes wrong, you can't expect their front end support team to be at your disposal to help resolve the issues.04/04/23 - Updating my review based on my recent interaction with their team. They did address most of the issues I had raised, plus I could sense a genuine intent on their part to do all that they can to resolve concerns to my satisfaction, so I am updating the review to reflect the same..

My website has been inaccessible for 6 days. The first level support wasted the first 3 days with generic and ineffective approach. No result. Now the line is "our tech team is working on it." 3 days now, no idea what exactly the issue is, no idea when they could finish, no sense of urgency for a business website that has been down for 6 days. Terrible customer service!

Dreadful company. I paid for hosting packing and a domain. The hosting and domain receipts were sent to my Gmail account. Initially I had access to the control panel which displayed relevant detains pertaining to my hosting/ email and domain. A couple of days later and the website is treating me as though I never paid for anything. All my details have been lost from the control panel. Where my details were, there's only now promo offers. I can't call customer support as not available. Eventually, I get through to live chat, who won't start a refund. I can't order one automatically because, to them, I dont exist as a customer. The live chat guy gives up after a couple of minutes, situation unresolved, and says, I'll get my colleague involved, but then doesn't.Suffice to say, it's taken two days of non stop messaging back and forth to customer services to get a refund (not the easy 3 clicks process they suggest!)I even gave them the long receipt reference numbers they emailed me with when I purchased, but they said that wasn't proof of purchase! They'd only accept a screenshot of a bank statement showing all details of the transactions (even including location of transaction). I did after much hassle get my refund but please, do yourselves a favour, just avoid these cowboys! It's like the wild west!

What a terrible experience I had with this company. After deleting all of my account, thus rendering my websites and emails useless, I waited for three days for them to get them back for me but it never happened. I paid, upfront, for two years hosting and did not even get one full year. I definitely would warn you against them. They literally do not care.No, I did not delete it. I deleted a duplicate account that was on USA server, not UK. But instead, you deleted the UK one. Total incompetence. Never heard from GDPR after writing to them and I did not get a refund. Disgraceful.*my dreadful experience continues. They want ME to start up a new account again so they can refund me. To hell with that. Keep your money! What a terrible hosting company.

This is the worst HostingRaja company in the world. Let me tell you the truth about HostingRaja. This company has paid lots of people out there through affiliate marketing to say they are the best but it's not through. Any company that ignores their customers can't never be the best. I am a web designer and I have recommended many of my clients to HostingRaja without affiliate marketing because I was deceived. But I regret that today. HostingRaja doesn't care about their clients, they have the worst Customer support. In fact you are not their priority. I lost my login access, I wrote to HostingRaja many days no answer and they do this deliberately. Which kind of hosting company can do that? Please don't be deceived by their low prices. It's a trap! As soon as you make payments, you are on your own, especially if you are a beginner. Don't be deceived

I migrated all of my websites over to HostingRaja from Godaddy because of the price - but the migration caused errors on all of my sites where it stopped the ability for me to upload images to them. I had to one by one request on live chat for the agents to solve the issue by making a small change that would allow me to upload photos, eventually they clocked on that this would be a problem for anybody migrating their websites and then brought on new charges of $40 per website to fix the issue that takes around 1 minute to solve. I found it absolutely disgusting and when I told the live chat agent my feelings on it she said 'It's the end of my shift now, somebody else will take over', to which nobody ever entered the chat after that. Absolutely outrageous. I'm still faced with the issue of not being able to upload images to multiple websites, going to be migrating away from HostingRaja ASAP!

A disaster. Worst experience ever. I highy encourage to look for a professional hosting company. They advertise cheap prices, but everything comes extra, like emails. Avoid them by any means....Their false promises don't end here. When communicating with their support regarding my issues, they refused to escalade my case to a supervisor. Later, they indicated "that our higher team will contact you tomorrow (April 19th) around 17.00 (GMT+3)", but again, they failed to deliver their promises. Lack of ownership, lack of accounting, this is by far my worst experience with any online vendor.

Update to response.Absolute rubbish Gabriella. The billing section is blank and there is no facility available to do this as you’ve blocked the email access to the account also.Check with your colleagues first before leaving incorrect responses. One star now downgraded to zero.I rarely leave poor reviews but felt I had no other option here. The last 72 hours on their chat has been nothing short of suicidal. They seem to employ people who clearly don’t listen/follow your requests to read previous chat (thus saving time in repeating the same thing). All I am trying to do is reinstate my website and email. They ask me to place a payment on file (there already is one). To pay an outstanding invoice (there isn’t one) and then to fill in a form about changing my email (I don’t want to change my email). You’re left hanging for 5-10 minutes at a time on the chat and then given another useless piece of information. I cannot use my domain email so don’t respond to that one HostingRaja as it DOESN’T WORK.
