After some years with Siteground I decided to look for a cheaper solution. I'm now spending 1/4 and for the time being the performance seems very similar.Customer service is working pretty well. I had some difficulties in transferring my site but at the end all was successful.If everything remains like this I will add the 5th star.

Too hard to register and sign-up. After payment of your fees you are told you have to be verified. And, that your purchase of an account is pending. I purchased 2 hosting fees for 24.95. And, found out later that I still didn't have an account.

The customer service are good! they are fast to response to my questions. what I like about HostingRaja is I can choose cheap domain names, but for startup businesses the cloud hosting is expensive and the storage is not unlimited

In general I have a good experience with HostingRaja's services; I use then since 2020 to host commom sites, PHP and WebGL based content and their infrastructure attended me satisfactory. In the past (dec-2021) I had some minor problems about IPV6 configs of the PHP server contracted and other stuff related, but with the HostingRaja's customer assistance sector this problems were corrected quickly. I recommend HostingRaja.

I have been pleased with the company. When I run into questions or problems their online support has always been available to help me and typically solves my issues within a few short minutes. Yesterday I contacted support and they had me taken care of it less than 5 minutes! If it takes longer its because it's more complicated but they are trouble shooting until they get it corrected and resolved.

For those who wish to engage HostingRaja, do note that their VPS is unmanaged which means they do not provide any kind of tech support even if you encounter technical difficulties.This is exacerbated by the fact that their VPS interface is subpar compared to that of AWS. Therefore, do not use their VPS unless you are an experienced system administrator and you can troubleshoot technical problems yourself.

As a small agency, clients matter the most. Customer support doesn't realize that if my server has an issue it affects many customers. I have had an issue that the chat support team (3 interactions, different agents) has not completed or understood my request. They are not so quick to respond, even though the chat window says "usually responds in less than 10 min." My average has been an hour.I am now on my 3rd customer support person and she has kicked my ticket to Level II, not sure if this means that I'll take 3 more days for someone to fix my server issue.Hello Gabriela, this is my main login email please reach out to Arianne for the long thread and details.Continuing day 3 from level 2 support. Apparently, the server structure changed and I wasn't offered a solution to have them migrate my sites to the new system... so, looks like I'll need to spend part of my vacation to organize and hopefully have them migrate correctly the first time. It has been tough to work with them only through chat since you can't talk to anyone.I will update daily until I get a resolution.

*Pros: They are doing and helping us more than what we pay and mostly value our security and personal info. they are the best in the world as I know. prices are cheap and resources are fast and reliable. working with their panel was easy*cons: something bad is that after i wanted to renew my plan, i saw for renewing under business plan they have written 8.99 dollars. when i wanted to renew my business plan, i saw inside my plan "your plan renews at 11.99".look how they are doing and breaking the rules and promises.i am not engaged with the plan renews at all and decided to migrate
