You get the support you pay for ...cheap as chips provider......On the 9th April my Domain and Email stopped working. It is now 20th April, my Email IS STILL NOT WORKING.I reported the Domain wasn't working, this was fixed several days later, but whoever fixed it didn't check my account was working as it should. I reported the the Email wasn't working in reply to the message that the Domain was working, expecting my problems to be bounced back to the Technical support team, but I was just put at the back of the queue again. All I get in response to my queries to the help desk is that the problem is being looked. This isn't rocket science, I can't understand why it's taking so long to fix. I did get a response via Twitter and sent of my details to compliance at HostingRaja - no reply!!!I paid for four years email in advanced otherwise I would have gone to another company days ago, at this rate I'll have to anyway. I am now locked out of several apps and accounts as I can't verify who I am via email.

Update:the agents are still totally useless on the chat, they reassure us every time that they escalated the issue then they disappear forever. Gabriela here asked for more details to investigate the problem, obviously they never contacted us. Practically they stole 200€ from us, not to talk about the insane mistake of deleting all of our email account.Original:We had a paid email plan with 7 email accounts. We needed one more and we paid for it but for some reason we were charged twice. No problem, we asked for a refund for the redundant email account. We got the refund for that email account. At the same time they deleted all the other 8 email accounts that we never asked to delete. All of our emailing got lost. All the accounts deleted, the company wasn't able to receive any emails for hours. After chatting for hours with numerous agents who never apologised, weren't able to help at all and throw baseless accusations to us (-You asked to cancel the email plan. -No, we didn't. Could you show me where we asked it? -- Agent disappears forever), the CEO decided to pay for the business email plan again so we can recreate the email accounts and wouldn't lose more money because of HostingRaja's mistake. CS told they don't have a backup for privacy reasons, so we started from nothing, it was a disaster. A few more days and a few more hours of chat, we got a refund for one more email account. But never for our original Business email plan, they still owe us 200€. No matter how many days pass, no matter how many agent we chat with, we have to run the same rounds, explain everything, we get promises but we never get any real help. A nice twist that yesterday an agent gave us 2 weeks extension to our hosting plan, because there was a data loss and they couldn't restore the content of our email account? What? So you have backups or you don't have? The whole story is beyond hilarious, we're talking about 4 payments and 3 refunds, it looks that it is too much for the staff to handle. TBTH, the hosting service is really good and priced very reasonably, we were very satisfied with it and I even suggested to people to use it, but seeing what they did last week and that they don1t care about their customers at all I have no confidence in the company anymore. It's good while it's working, but if they decide to cancel some of your services on their own accord don't expect any help, your data is lost, your money is lost and your fingers get calluses before you get any answers from these guys.

Quick clear support . I am new first timer creating my own web design . They are the most competitive,fast and GREAT TECH SUPPORT ! Text support and ability to send pic's and links for immediate feedback is a immeasurable value. Now if they could just get a translator in builder program.. I wouldn't be trying to build on WP in the first place ( but at least I have WP option) . Price and support are great! I hope they improve with better AI logo Builder & and install a translator that translates without need for inputting Manuel translation, They would blow away all competition like WIX in my opinion !Update: Sadly I am downgrading my review after getting my credit card statement. Downgrading review to a 2 because.. After making my web, I saw my bill from my credit card which I have set for alerts (240 over what I expected ) .( didn't show under invoices on there site BTW??)When you upgrade from the basic to any upgrade despite upgrade listed discount, you lose for having bought a previous plan ! You also lose the 30 day worry free cancellation. When you point out the deception, they offer a refund opposed to a credit for the difference. Yes I was confused at first ..Want to do a a refund?! Sounds nice right ? Except when you realize that you lose al your work( your web site!) Most people probably cave and lose there discount opposed to starting all over or don't discover the charge till the 30 days are past ! Hope this saves someone :( Could be a awesome experience if they played it straight) . Its been 4 days, no refund has yet showed up :(Update :4/27/2023 I received a full refund and an apology stating they actually changed the internal policies after reviewing what happened ! I am impressed. BTW they never mentioned my review or coerce me to change or amend my review which would have had the opposite effect . As I previously stated "there is a lot to like" about overall customer service. :)

Good hosting package at a reasonable price.HostingRaja's weakness is customer support. What I was expecting to be a short chat about a simple domain transfer took 54 minutes. Online chat is quick to connect to, but waits for responses are _extremely_ long. Better customer support would make for a 5-star review.

I've been using HostingRaja for a few months now, and overall, I would give them a 3/5 rating. On the positive side, their pricing is very affordable, and their basic hosting plan offers a good set of features for the price. Their customer support is also quite responsive and helpful, and I appreciated their live chat option, which allowed me to get help quickly.However, I did run into some issues with their service that prevented me from giving them a higher rating. First of all, their uptime is not as reliable as I would have liked. I noticed several instances where my website was down for a few minutes at a time, which impacted my visitors' ability to access my site.Secondly, their user interface can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, especially for someone who is new to website hosting. Customer service is really good. I hate that there's no phone number to call but people on the chat are really responsive and the turnaround is quite fast. I had a weird problem with a Google Workspace subscription that I bought with HostingRaja, we couldn't make it work but in the end HostingRaja will process a refund and I'll try another route. It's good that you value customers.
