After a domain transfer is complete, an autopayment is enabled by default so the customer has no option to deactivate this auto-charge and to pay manually. There isn't any option to stop or pause. I have contacted HostingRaja to ask for a refund but claiming that it is a company's policy to auto-charge the customers before permitting them to disable this automated procedure, the answer was a no. I've already contacted paypal for this.Edit 13 May: My eye is still on my inbox (as they said, my satisfaction is their priority) but nothing's there.Edit 15 May: I've got a message from Paypal - "Your case was decided in your favor. You can visit the transaction details to check the status of your refund".

I had only one problem with HostingRaja. Somehow it was removed all files from selected websites. It is strange and disgusting. There are no other problems at the moment, but 3 problems away and I would probably leave. Good UI, Good support, Great Control Panel, Amazing prices, Stable servers, A lot of payment systems adapted, a lot of good stuff, thank you and god bless you HostingRaja

I think HostingRaja is a phenomenal site for people who have experience in website design or coding - I however do not. The price is amazing and the customer services is available 24/7 (or at least I've never seen them not available - they always respond to me within 5 minutes including on weekend evenings). However figuring out how to embed codes and integrating other websites/companies features into my website for tasks such as sending an automated email to my subscribers is a headache. I also wish the analytical info was a little more in depth (how users got to your website - such as from facebook or google or a blog). Now that I'm established within HostingRaja I am not going to switch platforms, but had I realized how uneducated I was to use this platform I would originally have picked a more intuitive host site.

HostingRaja is a great hosting company I do not intend for this review to be taken the wrong way but I am gonna be constructive and give minor things that can be fixed.Let's start with the basics signing up, paying and getting your website up and running. This was a very straight forward process and I didn't have any problems with this process. HostingRaja you did a awesome job here very smooth process and I love your user interface. Support, I have had multiple interactions with HostingRaja's Customer Success Specialist for the most part they have been positive and helpful! There was one experience where the agent misunderstood me and toke my website down for over 6 hours. My feedback for the support team of HostingRaja is two things... Number one I suggest having a live chat for people who aren't signed up yet and want to speak with someone on the HostingRaja Team. Maybe a Sales Team would be a good idea and then have the Sales and Customer Success Team be two different teams to make decrease volume of the Customer Success Team with non-customers that have questions. My second point of feedback here is I suggest reviewing chats for errors agents have made and providing additional training and resources to prevent websites going down due to agent error, if the website was down alrighty when the customer chatted that's a different story but a website shouldn't be going down because of a agent that is extremely frustrating to the customer not only myself but any customer that has a website. Other then that, I had a chat with their support today and they were helpful so they aren't bad but there is always room for improvement of which response times and agent training can be improved.Overall, I'd rate them above average their pricing is the most competitive in the industry and you aren't gonna find much better no matter if you are a small business or big business HostingRaja likely has a plan for you!

I'm new to HostingRaja. I took advantage of their black Friday upgrade but muddled through and made the mistake of creating a 2nd account instead. Now I have an account that I no longer want or need for the next few years living alongside a new account. I'm not a web developer or programmer but I am ok with tech. Still, I was lost in the interface and did my best to suck it up and wade through the mess I'd made with needing to transfer sites to my new account. I reached out through chat for help. I got a lot of generous help from Simonas. Thank you Simonas. His shift ended. I was passed onto Mantas who offered no help, only links and a fee to solve my problems. I asked for Simonas back, I was passed onto Fikri. Fikri picked up where Simonas left off with excellent help.The mess I created with my sites and account happened because I got lost on the HostingRaja site between choices. The solution required creating sites, deleting sites, managing back end files and databases, and renaming backup folders, as well as resetting a password for an individual site. I was given links to follow that contained more links, and even then some steps that I was guided through weren't in the linked help.I'd like to give a higher rating for the fantastic help that 2 out of 3 people provided, but it was more than that. The resources aren't customer friendly meaning that not all help pages are helpful.

I've had a great experience with HostingRaja so far. That is to say, extra credit for their customer service. Sadly I've had a couple of problems in the beginning like HostingRaja aquiring a dead email adres from my google login that was no longer even bound to the account. But: through several chats it all worked out. And for me thats what counts. Like the titel says: if you want a managed vps minecraft server, look somewhere else. But If you're willing to do a bit of research HostingRaja offers great interfaces, reliable services, and amazing support whenever needed.

Great customer service and user-friendly platform (control panel). But I'm not excited with the back-end service of upgrading the themes, plugins and tools. My Joomla sites are at risk. My WordPress theme is broken because of you.
