Victor's service was exceptional and quickly resolved what I needed. One aspect needs to be stated. It took some minutes to be contacted the first time and to initiate my questions, but it's certainly not his fault. In fact, the system warned a minute or two to wait. But when he started dialog with me, he was excellent, clear and effective.

I was able to know what's wrong with my domain even thou i needed the problem to be solved as soon as possible but am still happy i know what's wrong with my domain

The overall experience is great, I have bought Premium shared web hosting and then refund it (the refund process was easy) and bought the KVM1 vps plan because I didn't know at first I need a vps to my website because it uses Node.js which is not supported in shared web hosting. And most of web hosting services doesn't offer running Node.js on shared hosting, which is fine.The only thing that I didn't understand when doing my refund process, I wanted to keep the domain, but to keep it, you need to leave $10 of the refund value to keep the domain. While I got this domain for free from HostingRaja for one year, so I didn't understand that part, but I kept it anyway.The user interface and navigation is good and I like it.

Chat support people are excellent.But, chat support waiting times are too long. In my last interaction it took more than 25 minutes to have attention.

The user navigation is nice so is the UI. The problem is I didn't get support for node in my package but there was nowhere listed that such support would not be possible in my package.

I have used many hosting providers and HostingRaja is the worst of all. always reminding me to upgrade my plan because i have reached my allowance limits. when i had the same websites in other provider there was no problem...

There have been some technical issues but the staff and everyone at technical support have been great! They're informative, polite, and very helpful. Not to mention, the prices are definitely affordable.

VPS Subscriber.My website was working normally then out of the blue it went down for more than 5 hours. I tried to SSH into it, the server was down. I went to my panel, nothing is functional and i wasn't able to restart or re-install anything. I contacted their support and they said they will contact their technical team for this, and hiding behind the word "your vps is UNMANAGED so the support is limited", even though literally the server is down from their end and I cannot take any action from the panel. 5 hours later, they contacted me that their system engineer has fixed it without providing any reason why it was down in the first place. I contacted them for a refund since this violates HostingRaja's 99.9% uptime and I was entitled to get 5% refund based on this incident and what their SLA states. I submitted a request for refund and they told me their team will look into it. About 4 days passed and I got nothing, so I contacted them again but they told me the same thing, with the addition of "don't worry, we will get into this".2 months have passed and no one contacted me lol.In addition to this incident, they panel is extremely sluggish, literally taking any action makes the panel stuck for hours such as restoring snapshots or restarting.Finally, while their support is very fast, they are not helpful. I usually contact them when things go wrong and they do not have the answers. Your service is terrible, and your support is fake.I regret choosing your service. You don't live up to your word.

Customer Support is very responsive and fast, they answer all your questions related to what is within their jurisdiction and they always ensure to solve the problems too. Security features for website safety is top notch, their affordable and excellent performances too.

Having read TP reviews etc. and seen prices all very exciting. I'm neurodiverse with learning difficulties and would expect a little support if things are tricky. After signing up and going through hell of thinking my former provider were responsible for not moving my domains, turns out it was HostingRaja not accepting them. So finally did and then locked out as the email was linked to domain being transferred and they're sending emails to get the account finalized. No way to contact them. Finally found my way to the Chat. Waited for ages - someone came on after I'd given up - did not read my message and said they'd sent me an email! Later another person was more helpful and showed me how to change contact email. Still problems. And contact form is insane - does not allow hyphen in anmes, insisits on a street number even if there is one, etc. It's all very dodgey. Then more issues and more and more. Cheapr rubbish avoid
