We have made over 20 inquiries and our domain has been held hostage for over 2 months. The customer service won't respond or work to reactivate our domain. We believe it's because we wouldn't upgrade our email service on their Titan service and now, our email and website are non-functioning. We are a small business and they have destroyed our growth. I bought 2 domains with HostingRaja. A CDMON provider tried to stole them on April 14th but luckily I received a notification to stop the unwanted domain transfer. Months after, on July 25th my 2 domains were definitely stolen. I contact over 20 times with customer support but until the date I've got no explanation. Worse part is that they don't even want to give me a formal complaint form. Terrible hosting and horrible service.
