Amazing experience with this website host nice

The worse ever. For 6 days now HostingRaja get hold of my intellectual property without giving me access to any of my 17 websites including our company clients' website. Nor our developer can get any access. And for 6 days we trying to ask to fix the problem or help in any way and all we can hear that "we are working on it" Guys its a nightmare and now we open 3 court cases against then including 1 through ICANN. Stay away

HostingRaja offers excellent hosting plans, but it's not worth it if the support is not good. My website has faced downtimes several times recently, and It always took more than 5 minutes for an HostingRaja support staff to reply.Even for minor details, they say "Please allow us 5 to 10 minutes ....". Haven't expected this kind of support from HostingRaja for a business plan holder.I moved my websites from Cloudways to HostingRaja due to pricing, but now it seems like I need to go back to Cloudways to save time.

Support is 0. Cheap for a reason. Website was no faster on the cloud that it was on my old shared $2.95 host. Don’t waste your time.No cPanel they use something called hpanel that looks like a kid has put together.And they delete your site as soon as you ask for a refund so make sure you get a backup.Very unprofessional.Let’s see if they honour my refund.

Once I connected with customer support, the help I received was very good. The exchange was quick and professional. The solution to my problem was precise and exactly what I was looking for.The only issue I experienced with this service provided is how difficult it is to find the necessary information to connect with a real person. I went back to the site in frustration numerous times before I finally found an email address to connect. Compared to other hosting companies where I can connect with a real person through chat any time during business hours, this was disappointing.

To be fair, I find the VPS server too harde to handle, I have been looking for tutoriales in youtube but most of them are old or never show possible errors, I would love to have official videos tutorial and also see possible erros like mine

Poor customer service, either they let you wait for hours to then close the chat after 1min wait or they never allow you to get through at all, often welcomed by bad attitude from the other side too. Wouldn't recommend.

Recently renewed my websites & I can't use them. I can't migrate and access WordPress. Every time I contact support through which is horrible by the way, they tell me that they escalated my issue with the highest priority. This issue has been ongoing for more than a week. I asked for a refund and one of the customer service agents told me they don't give refunds. This is a huge issue. I'm not getting what I paid for. When someone pay for a service, they're supposed to get what they pay for. This is unacceptable. I did not get what I paid for. As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam, fraud and stealing. Their website isn't even working properly. I most likely would be moving to another provider & contacting other places as well. I recently paid $187.87 and can't use my websites or get the service I paid for
