They have blocked my clients IP's I contacted them and explained that I have an API that gets many requests and they don't care they said I have to send them the IPs, how do I will know all clients servers IP'sIf you want to run an API stay away from this company

Saw too many ads, checked too many reviews and shifted from HostGator to Hostgator. From last 3 days trying to unsuspend my hosting account which got suspended as 1 website out of 12 was causing phishing attack / fraud. I am a developer and host many client's website on my hosting.As a result, they suspend complete account effecting all my clients due to that one website. Now I am asking them to delete the websites they want and making the hosting live as this is effecting my business. But they are asking registration proof of 3 websites.Never faced this issue in 3 years on HostGator that I faced in one week on Hostgator. There abuse team took 3 days to reply what documents they need to unsuspend the account, highly unprofessional royal team who have no time to reply the tickets.Please refund my payment, so I can have piece of mind by staying away from you.

I have been with Hostgator for 7+ years, recently I had to transfer a website to Hostgator internally. They were ZERO help, their server can't handle a simple ecommerce website upload. Their limit is 100gb and the site is only 50 gb. File manager and FTP failed, they said they are working on the server issue they have, site is down from 2 days. Living in 1990s...

I recently wrote to Hostgator regarding a charge, asking what it was for (you can't talk to anyone). I got an email back saying a refund was ordered. I did not know they had cancelled the domain registration at the time, as there was no explanation. When I discovered we didn't have a domain, I wrote asking what happened. The only answer I have received was asking for another email address so they could answer the question. Since then, I have heard nothing in spite of repeated pleas for information. Have we lost out 20 year old domain name? I am frantic over the possible loss and have written so, but no response. It is now Tuesday in Lithuania and still no reply from "their dedicated team who was told it was urgent". They know I will be out of the country on charity business for 3 weeks starting at 4AM on Wednesday. They have refused to release / unlock our domain name of 22 years and will not resolve the problem. I don't know what I can do to keep our website running and they are doing nothing. I do not understand why they think asking what a charge was for (there was no communication in advance or billing) means we want to destroy our website communication with applicants, volunteers, etc. Think carefully before trusting your organization's future to people who apparently do not understand English well enough, don't follow through with correcting their errors, have zero direct access, will hold your website for ransom or ???, are unconcerned that their error affects so many poor girls and have no idea what urgent means. UPDATE: email saying they are unable to find the requested information I sent on Saturday.

Response is a lie! Been going on since beginning 3 months ago and we've contacted over 50x and you've got dozens of people responding and somebody new each time so you don't know what's going on. You're a fraud and a scam! Maybe have 1 person per customer query instead of 20 different bots giving canned responses so nobody knows what's going on! Our sale ended weeks ago in 10 states and we can't login and can't respond to emails costing us tens of thousands of dollars thus the lawsuit! Fraud company from Lithuania. Continue to cost our businesses tens of thousands of dollars for non working product and ZERO customer service. We can not access anything and they refuse to take everything down and refund our money. They seem to think they can operate with impunity and destroy businesses and false advertise. No recourse and they are illegally using our information even after legal cease and desist orders to remove all our information and issue refund.

They're good and cost effective. I am a customer for around a year now. What I don't like about them is their AI based customer services bot. At times it's really painful and you really want to talk to a real person which usually takes time. Otherwise it's good.

Do not waste your time and resources on Hostgator. VPS is down almost every week or whenever you really need it. Hosting a website and having professional email addresses are at your own risks. When you change your email passwords, others still can access it with the old password for at least 2-3 hours.

Manuel worked with me with patience and attention throughout the process of trying to resolve the issue I was having with the Hostgator connection in being able to access and edit my website. Although we could not get it resolved during the service call, Manuel forwarded the issue to another colleague (i.e., Jesus). I asked Manuel if he could help expedite the correction -- which appears he was able to have done -- as the issue was resolved the next day!
