DO NOT USE!This company has allowed fraudulent access of my services, so all my websites are offline and/or pointing to other peoples websites. The fault has been ongoing for 3 days and there is no response from the "support" team. No telephone number and no managers to escalate! NEVER USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY! Ps. She is such an experienced lady; she identified my issue immediately and resolved it on her own. I am truly impressed with her support. In fact, she didn’t just assist me; she did exactly what I was looking for. The service pros on chat are always very helpful and attentive. I've been having problems of my own fault in trying to migrate 3 sites to Hostgator. Through several contacts they've remained patient, helpful and willing to do what they can to make it happen. I think/hope we're on the last leg of this journey, but I appreciate their persistence and help.
