Maja was super helpful and very informative which is what you want. I can't fault Hostgator, they do provide a top notch service.

Their pricing for hosting is reasonable and you get to seek help from human staff. From my experience, the time taken by them for response can be on the higher side, probably because they have limited support staff at this moment. But the responses are on point and always helpful. I was connected to Yvette and she was excellent. It will be a 10/10 experience once they have a few more few more support staff maybe. Anyways, I recommend Hostgator. Thanks.

The service is one of the best, with the best intuitive display of services and how you can move about. Since I moved to Hostgator last year, I have received the best possible stats on how my websites are performing. With Hostgator hosting, security, and performance, I worry less about anything on my websites.

I'm very happy with Hostgator - I host two websites with them, admittedly rather small and niche ones so not a heavy load, but when I needed help they were very responsive. Their FAQs are very clear too.

they charge you for things that they shouldn't and then claim that they can't give you a refund. they also have poor customer service and horrible attitudes when speaking to clients. i am so dissapointed in this service and devastated that i am locked in with them for another year.

Please don't waste your time with Hostgator. They rip you off with separate email accounts, and once you are paying, you have to keep paying every time you need another email.
