Total loss of multi thousand dollar product/page due to Namecheap trying to use 15 yr old email to contact me with expiration. Also many add on costs to existing sites that were costing zero.

Go Daddy was there from inception to publish. Every person involved was very professional. If they didn't know the answer, they knew who to send me to. I would have liked a little more content help with my blog, but the tutorials were enough to get me started. Mine was complex, but they also have simple and straightforward designs for everybody.

Customer service is quick to answer the phone.

This Company sell Domain names that they do not own and never transfer them. If you call they either disconnect or just pass you round and round. Do not deal with them the whole business is a fraud. And refunds are nigh on impossible. Go daddy responded on Trustpilot No email sent to me another indication of how this Company lies

I have not had a good experience with Namecheap's Domain Broker Service. After paying the (low) three-digit base fee and a brief contact with customer service, I heard nothing for a month. When I inquired, I was told that the domain owner had not responded to numerous contact attempts and that they were now giving up on trying to reach him.Unfortunately, it remains completely unclear to the customer how and through which channels Namecheap is trying to contact the domain owner, and Namecheap is unwilling to disclose the contact details used for this. This lack of transparency leads me to suspect that only minimal effort is being made to send generic messages through the domain owner's central public contact channels. This, of course, leads to nothing, and the money spent on it could be saved. I expected more from this service.
