When I called Namecheap.com the representative was AMAZING, he even helped me pick a domain name!!!

I have been using Namecheap's services for several years and have consistently been satisfied with every aspect of their offerings. Their pricing is reasonable, and they frequently provide excellent deals. The customer support team is both courteous and knowledgeable, always ready to listen and assist with any issues that arise, though I must add that problems are quite rare.

Had a billing query. Great to beable to speak to a human. All resolved very quickly and only had to wait 2 minutes before someone answered. Great service

Namecheap’s US-based sales and support team has always be so incredibly helpful. I have never had a bad call with them. I am always able to talk through a situation with them and I know they are not just reading off cue cards. Not sure how they compare price-wise because I honestly don’t care to go anywhere else.
