Fast service. No hold time. Fixed my issue promptly.

This is the worst company I have come across. Do not use them unless you want to lose all your money and be left without a website. I have paid them over 3k to design my website. I was advised that I was going to receive a wonderful service. Well, this stops once you pay them because they will take your money and they will put you under strict time frame in which you have to finish your website. If anything goes wrong, you will end up with nothing. I have given them 3 legal notices and sent at least 5 emails all of which remain unanswered. They basically just ignore you until you go away. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Mr. Curtis was the best representative I have ever talked to at Namecheap. He is what GDY service was like in the beginning. I have had other representatives in the recent past that did not know what they were talking about and cause so much confusion. So I was very surprised and happy to have Curtis help me today.
