The representative (Sargon) was able to unlock our account and get our DNS nameservers and MX codes set up, after we transferred from Square space. Our account was locked and I thought our website and email would be locked for 7 days, but he found a way to get us back up and running. I use Namecheap because I can get a real person on the phone to help talk me through technical support. All you can get at Squarespace is chat bots and human bots, if you are willing to wait a long time.

I bought an expired domain from their auctions it's been more than 30 days and I still haven't recieved it, they demand payment within 2 days of winning the bid but they don't care once they recieve your payment. Highly unprofessional company, Ive been with them since 6 years and this is how they treat a loyal customer. On top of that their livechat support does absolutely nothing talked to livechat like 5 times and recieved no help from them. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don't worry Namecheap if this isnt resolved in the next week I am going to be leaving a review on the entire internet.
