I will have to wait 24 to 48 hours to see if the results she put in the system has really fixed the problem and my domain is connected to my website is working!

I've been dealing with them for days and not only they didn't help, they just broke my entire website.As classic, they keep bouncing me between teams and nobody is taking responsibility for what they've done. Instead of helping, they destroyed days of work for an almost perfectly working website.

I am incredibly angry with this company. I am trying for weeks to get a refund for a mistakenly added product. It is impossible to contact them via email. they advertise that they have a chat but it is not possible to connect. I called them 3 times every time waiting for 30 minutes to connect and another 40 mins while they were trying to solve the issue which they could not. Afterwards, they promised to contact me with a solution and they never did. So I had no other choice but to call them again! It is a total joke - a website provider does not have an email address?! NEVER EVER use their services.
