Completely fraudulent activity by these chancers - had my domain on auto renewal, it failed to renew for some reason 20 days before the expiry date and when I went in to manually renew they added a £70 redemption fee.Despite being on time, they refused to remove the fee, and then refused to give me a transfer authorisation, despite me being the owner of the domain and having no outstanding invoices.Steer clear, buyer beware.
