Customer service is Zero. I have, again!!, been issued a wrong invoice and they are not capable of rectifying it with the product information. They are actually telling me to hand in an erroneous invoice, everything will be fine. I was told this 2x now. I'm shocked. Not sure they have any idea of how the tax office works, just looking for errors. According to the reply, apparently this matter will be sorted, BUT I'm being sent absolute USELESS links!! or told to call the USELESS customer service!!! Very unprofessional and NOT user friendly.

Misleading Product Description. I signed up for a market + Basic package for $155 and it says "Includes One Year Professional Email". When my renewal came up - I went to check the renewal option and under the included items with renewal again was "One Year Professional Email" so I'm thinking it is a bundled package with the website, so as long as I renew I get an additional year of email. Well, they cancelled my email after I renewed and when I contacted customer service they said it literally just meant One Year only and even though I renewed under this package that email would not be renewed and that email renewal is separate pricing. I told them, they should not have the wording "One year professional email" under renewal package - anyone would think that means the email gets renewed for one year. They did not offer any work around for it and just said sorry it was misleading. Will not recommend as that is blatantly misleading product description. They should completely remove email as a product under the renewal package.
