WE PURCHASED 8 DOMAINS AND HOSTING. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, THEY BLOCKED OUR ACCOUNT AND TRANSFERRED THE DOMAINS TO THEMSELVES. DESPITE PROVIDING ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, OUR ACCOUNT REMAINS BLOCKED AND THE DOMAINS ARE IN A BLOCKED STATUS. THE SITUATION REMAINS UNRESOLVED.Legal Action: WE HAVE TAKEN LEGAL STEPS AND CONTACTED THE ICANN GLOBAL SUPPORT CENTER. To send the authorized documents with a copy of the credit card, Namecheap would need to unlock my account. Could I politely ask you to start functioning as a logical unit and provide me with a solution to this issue?

I’ve been a Namecheap customer since 2016 and I have to say this company went from being top tier in every aspect and they probably had the best customer service ever! I mean 24/7 superior service. American tech support that explained things perfectly and would spend time clearly communicating in such a way that was perfect. NOW! Customer service barely speaks any English, they’re completely incompetent, the social norms are off because they’re in another country with customs and their interpretation of your needs are off and they are easily flustered and hang up the phone, or leave you on hold for 20 minutes until you hang up…this is the unprofessional behavior they resort to instead of solving problems! I spent an entire hour trying to fix my email today. I paid for it last month and I haven’t received any business emails since September 28th. I called and the customer service rep told me that wasn’t true. Smh I could show her this, but the nerve of her. Also, it’s clear English is a challenge for her. She actually hung the phone up when I got frustrated because nothing she was telling me to do was working. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the other representative kept trying to ask me questions when I specifically told her I just wanted to speak to a manager. This went on for 4 minutes!!!! That is extremely aggravating! She finally agreed to get a manager and left me on hold. ALL I NEEDED WAS HELP WITH MY EMAIL! HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING! I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE MY BUSINESS EMAILS FOR 2 WEEKS!! HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!??? Namecheap has no care or concern for their customers! WE ARE BUSINESS OWNERS! OUR LIVELIHOOD DEPENDS ON THIS! I called a few weeks ago about this and the representative just took it upon herself to start deleting stuff that nobody asked her to do! I had an issue with Namecheap a few months prior to that & it cost me a lot of money, and then they shut down my website and tried to make me pay hundreds of dollars to get it back when the issue was their fault to begin with. I regret using Namecheap now and I am nervous when things go wrong. Because I don’t trust that I will be taken care of and my company…which is my everything that I’ve worked so hard to build…I worry, because I fear I’m not in good hands with Namecheap . & that’s something no business owner that works hard should ever have to feel. Meanwhile, that was 11 hours ago and I still have no access to my email!
