Customer support is completely uselessnwith this company. They randomly hit my account for 150 euro for no reason. I contacted support and they approved the refund. 2 months later I still have no refund and when I contact support again they tell me they can't just look at the previous support ticket. I have to go find all the info I have already given them and give it to them again. I will be moving all my domains to a new provider.

The credit card on file failed once and they immediately put our company's domain for sale. After I paid manually (with the same card they had on file), they still redirected my clients to the same landing page where they were selling our domain—a terrible experience. I do not recommend them.The worst part is that we have two more domains with them. I will for sure move them to a different provider shortly after this.After you pay, it can take "up to 24 hours" for it to become properly available around the world. If you care about your clients and your domain, do not choose Namecheap.

The worst customer service known to mankind. I recommend avoiding GO DADDY like the plague. Dont expect the customer services to understand you. Because they wont. I am moving all my clients away ASAP.

I know that companies now must make use of a lot of people for their call centers/"online chat" technical support service. Each person was helpful, to the best of their abilities. But Nadaraj was by far and away the most encouraging and knowledgeable. He was totally in control of the situation that was about to defeat me, in trying to set up a website. He is a very serious credit to the company.
