2 days ago I paid for 2 domain + website, then I create web and published, everything works fine but couldn’t buy and of plans so decided go to support, they had some issues as well, after that manually added plan to the basked and paid around 140£( for a standard plan) unfortunately support couldn’t fix all the problems and they temporarily changed my website for some random templates etc, lady from the support promised that everything is now done and I have my plan paid on my website, plus she said that I have to wait 90 min and they will restore it to my previous web which I made before, unfortunately nothing happened, spoke with 2 other team members but they don’t know what’s going on… I ended now with no website and I have to create everything again … spent over 300£ and no help at all Update: team contacted me today again, they fixed some issues but had to built my website again. Some support members are great, some are useless. Anyway my website works fine now !

I have always had great support from Namecheap. A bit more than a week ago I had an email issue. I think it was fixed on the call. At the end of the call I was presented with an option for server side email security which I accepted. Immediately I started having issues with providers (Gmail) bouncing my email for lack of authentication. After 4-5 calls to Namecheap Support my emails are still being rejected by some services. My SPF, DKIM & DMARC records are all in the GREEN. I find it interesting that my email started bouncing after the new security was put into place. I guess I’ll see how authentication progresses over the next 1-2 weeks. Frustrating at the very least.
