Well, I called because I thought I had one tech problem but it turned out that I had three tech problems. The rep at Namecheap stuck with me till the bitter end and solved all three. Namecheap support is on par with Apple.

It's easy to setup your webserver. I didn't face much difficulty, other than understanding how their platform works. The billing is pretty straightforward too. Although, I have a simple wordpress site, but the speed is pretty good.

Excellent customer support. Useful automated pre screen, fast knowledgelable rep.
