They were able to resolve my issue with billing. Thank you to Joe M, Kevin F & Rupert! We had been using Namecheap since 2015. They added 'Fully Managed Support' renewal to our account without our authorization. It took a few weeks for them to resolve the issue. Hopefully the've now changed their billing system to accommodate anyone else using older service packages and servers. We use 3 other webhosts and have kept Namecheap through all these years. Although they're higher in cost, their customer service is usually on point. I hope they keep it up.
