Arian from Namecheap was a key person that went above and beyond to deliver the project , migrating the hosting website to Namecheap. After all day encountering issues with access to the Wordpress admin , he was able to get it done.

Using Namecheap can be a little frustrating if you’re not very tech savvy but customer service is AMAZING. Tessa at customer service walked me through what I needed to do and really helped me. Without her, I would not be using the service. My recommendation: if you’re confused, CALL THEM. It’s amazing they offer 24/7 customer service. Very helpful.
