I've always had great service with Namecheap. No matter what my issue may be, they always have the answer and get it resolved quickly. Prices for domains are reasonable too. I wouldn't trust any other company the way I trust Namecheap.

The agent I spoke with, Peyton, was stellar. But Namecheap as a company is going downhill. They are all over the place and their business model may make them more money, but the customer is suffering. Customer service is pot luck, they have , multiple departments, most of them are closed after 6pm and on weekends, theiy outsource their customer service to overseas and the wait times are too long. There is no longer a support line exclusive to Namecheap partners. Namecheap is no longer the company I thought it was. Not as good as they used to be.
