The Namecheap team set up my website redirect incorrectly - in the process of trying to get my website back online after they took it offline by accident, the person who was helping me has seemingly connected someone else's website to my domain, so now I have a website that isn't mine?! And they left the chat without warning, and it reconnected me saying I had a 42 minute wait - time I don't have. What's happened to my website and when will I get it back?!?!?!?

I got lucky today and got Kenyana on the phone. She was Excellent! I had a mess trying to access my new Microsoft email. The security system had me going in circles. I called Namecheap. Once I got past the 3-ring Circus automated answering machine, I had Kenyana on the phone. And she had this mess solved in a minute! From now on, anytime I contact Namecheap, I will ask for her! Thank you, Kenyana!

We have been using Namecheap for our email and office 365 services for aNumber of years and never had issues with it. We recently migrated our website and the process has been fairly smooth and stress free. Namecheap is highly recommended company.

Where to begin. They are an absolute confederacy of dunces. Call at 9 am, get an answer, that answer will change by 9:02 am. GUARANTEED. They hold data for ransom, tell blatant lies, DO NOT PROTECT their clients' data. I had a severe data breach, and all Namecheap wanted was to send me to a paid tech support. Oh, and trying to LEAVE????? Pfft. That's when they think they've got you by the short n curlies. Even the Microsoft tech was astonished at how unprofessionally and unethically they handle their business.I CANNOT STRESS STRONGLY ENOUGH:DO!NOT!TRUST!YOUR BUSINESS!TO GO DADDY!I'm still cleaning up the mess. Purchasing and setting up the domain was easy. I am new into it and haven't explored my options yet but it looks as if there is marketing and all sorts of helpful tools to grow my business. I had one issue with creating the email but after a 45 minute wait and a 10 minute phone conversation it was resolved and I am all set up.

Their customer service is second to none. Always have a solution. I couldn't be happier!!!
