Namecheap is so easy to use. It has all the essentials a small business like ours needs to keep our business running smoothly. Even I was able to set up, design and post a pretty good website for our little company that I think looks pretty good.

Whether you are an experienced website/content creator or a novice you can never go wrong with Namecheap! I have worked with them for years and have found that when I needed hand holding they were always there. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and always patient! I will ever be grateful to Namecheap and they have a client for life!!

I have been involved with Namecheap for many years. Almost everything goes off without a hitch, but when things happen, they have never been unable to fix a problem. They feel more like team members than merely service providers. There is no other hosting service that I would be happier with.

So I have been using their products, various for a quite a while. It's been cheap, but logging in and trying to manage my products has been tough sometimes. However I called in, and got an amazing Rep named Robert, who managed to quickly answer my questions, saved me money. So, having called in before, I didn't get this level of service. So It may depend on who you speak to, but He made it super easy to resolve my issues and give me a straight answer

I called Namecheap for assistance in getting access to my account. I am not tech smart and loved the support I received from Frank Paulo, he was super kind, not rushed in helping me face the challenges of working online with his support. One of the best experiences I have had in years with online support. Frank is TOP BLOCK his knowledge, understanding of the issue I called for assistance and he provided easy to understand directions to acheive the end goal that I called about. I wish company had a Frank Paulo in their customer support, the world would be a better place with his kind assistance.

After weeks of trying to speak with a competent representative about my website, Rell provided me with detailed information and answered all of my questions with expertise.
