Namecheap's reps, although spread all over the Globe, are doing a great job collecting info from clients who need to improve their websites through Namecheap's specially designed marketing programs. You have to call though, a few times, to cover all and any specific changes you need on the top of what the web lets you do with the given (standard) tools at first glance. Good collaboration.
