Robert made my experience great! I am the GM of a business and but our Namecheap account was set up by the owner who is not as well versed at technology as some others(75 years old). Robert was personable funny and patient. He was able to slow walk the owner through accessing the account but was very quick to shift gears and help get me established as the new point of contact for the account.
