Hopeless products and services by #Namecheap .Do not use any of their service. You'll get in trouble for sure. They're not promising with any of their product or service. Worst of you Namecheap.I bought a domain by mistake and when asked for a change, they said sorry can't be done.do whatever you want.this is pathetic. Worst Namecheap support.I lost my hard earned money buying with Namecheap.I never ever recommend.

Customer service understood what the issue was and helped me. Even when the call dropped, they called back within a few minutes. Sometimes it's difficult to speak to Customer service when they are in another country or have a heavy accent, but both people I spoke to were very easy to understand, especially when I was already feeling frustrated.
