I didn't understand web building with Namecheap.com

Namecheap made it simple to purchase a domain online. I had additional questions and I called the customer service number and Tracie was excellent and answering all my questions and following up with my account.

I could not recommend Go Daddy more. I have used their software to design my website and although it can be a little limited, you just have to get used to what’s available. If you don’t wanna learn to program. But what is even better is their customer support. I was having a really weird tech issue that had nothing to do with Go Daddy today, and not only did they answer in two seconds, but they resolved a completely difficult unrelated problem. I don’t know if any other tech-support who is this helpful and easy to get. I highly recommend this company. They really saved me and let me design a very great website very easily.

Called to cancel a email service I had just ordered that I was frustrated with (user error) I was able to get someone on the phone in less than 2 min. My issue was quickly sorted out, the representative I dealt with was very knowledgeable and in addition to aiding with my email, he answered a ton of questions and helped me sort out everything to get my new website for my business going including a tour of their site builder and specifically how it could work for me. Polite, professional, offering actual solutions to my all issues/concerns. This is how customer service is supposed to work!

Daniel was an amazing customer sevice representative. He was able to resolve all the issues others couldn't. He even called back later to verify everything was working properly. I was planning on cancelling my Namecheap account; however, Daniel convinced me to stay solely through his assistance, customer service, and guidance. If not for Daniel, Namecheap would've lost a customer.
