I am new to this and built my first web site ever! It was a lot of fun, but then I created a problem. One call to the help-desk, and after explaining what I had done they were very nice and corrected the problem. I learned what not to do in the future, but most important, I learned that Namecheap has great customer support!!! Which seems to be a very rare thing in today's world.

I was blessed to have a great Customere Service associate name Chris help me address a personal issue regarding my account. I had to drop Go Daddy services. While resolving the issue suddenly I had uncommon technical issues with my computer. Chris was patient with me. Unfortunately due to technical issues with my computer I was not able to finish thetask at hand. Chris then said he would call me back on Thursday and help finish the task. In saying this allow me to say "this was real customer service in action" Thank you Go Daddy leadership for hiring Chris. Chris thanks again for your great service.

Once again, Namecheap's customer service experience was flawless. I had two relatively complex account and domain issues to solve that required human interaction. Jason was exceptional, resolved both issues, and had me off the phone within 5 minutes.
