Their customer service is outstanding. I'm still new to web hosting and understanding the back end. Each time their customer service team was professional, helpful and encouraging. In today's call the rep went above and beyond. While Namecheap might be more expensive than other options, they're worth every penny.

I called today and asked about a domain i purchased many years back. Customer Service rep Sean answered and he is excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. I believe I spoke to him before. He makes calling customer support easy and painless. I can't say enough about him. He makes me feel very happy to be a Namecheap customer. Normally I hate calling Customer Support because they sometimes make things difficult. With Sean, he makes things quick, easy and painless. Thank you Sean and thank you Namecheap for employing him.
