Person I spoke with worked patiently with me to solve my problem. My problem was that I was having a difficult time comprehending him as he spoke English with a dialect accent that was hard to follow over the phone. Got everything worked out after 47 minutes. If this had been handled by some method like Zoom and I could share my screen, this would have gone faster and more efficiently.
