The Website Builder is really simple to use. Even though the layouts allow for a bare minimum webpage, it allows for a beginner to build something that is nice to look at.

I've been very happy with my new website until I ran into a security obstacle that started blocking my access to my email. Unlike so many companies, Go Daddy had a telephone number to call for issues. I was immediately put in touch with a friendly and competent expert who completely solved my problem while I was on the phone. Great to see that kind of service still exists.

The representative Genesis was very patient and helpful. I called with only a modicum of information but he found what was needed and solved the problem.

Conservatively, I have talked with 1000 Customer Service or Tech Service reps in my lifetime. Having had some issues between my marketing team and Namecheap ... James Jenkins was was tasked, and everything was solved within record time. This including extra attention, email follow-up, long phone times with how-to help ... and ALL done with professionalism, patience, attention, humor, education, and efficiency. Never, never, has one person had so much 'on the ball' as this guy. I don't know where my future will be with my marketing team, but Namecheap has my loyalty thanks to this stranger that did an amazing job. What makes him stand out, again, so much, is that so few people try any more .., I'd rank his help a 15 out of ten.

Customer service is prompt and efficient. They have helped me unravel/unplug fraud on my account last year. This year quickly identified charges I could not and confirmed why my phone# showed up as 2 accounts. They don't waste my time with phone trees, wait times and the like.

I was having issues with my email and I am pleased to say the customer service was amazing. They were knowledgeable, patient and offered valuable advice. The rep patiently walked me through the process until the issue was resolved. I was very satisfied with the help they offered.
