The customer service rep, Aaron John, was exemplary! If Namecheap had more reps like him, they'd be getting more customer referrals. He was generous, patient, and very competent. It reminded me of the old days with Namecheap, when they were more customer-minded than sales-minded. In those days, I couldn't recommend Namecheap enough. Today, most of their reps barely listen to what you say-they're just looking for an opening to push a product. I'm not against offering a product, but not so much that it puts the customer's issue in the back seat. Thank you, Aaron for a breath of fresh air!!

I’ve never been

I spent a couple of hours trying to solve my problem before calling Namecheap tech support. I was less than a minute on hold before the tech support person answered my phone call. The tech support person had my problem solved in less than 5 minutes and it would have been sooner but for my delays in providing necessary info.

The only issue was how long it took me to get a hold of Customerservice… But when I got Velma on the phone, she was a knowledgeable and kind help.
