Fast and efficient

I rang Namecheap about one of my email account renewals and the customer service agent I spoke to was so incredibly helpful. He worked out a really excellent solution which has/will save me money. I have used Namecheap for a long time and they have excellent customer service which, for me, sets them apart.

Namecheap was very user friendly and our tech was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My experience with Jaime was great,he took his time with me and was very patient and nice. It's Greatly Appreciated. No matter when I call Go Daddy and what my reasons are,the representatives are very friendly.

With great trepedation, i recently took over the Namecheap account for our club to my very pleasant surprise, getting help (a real human being) on the phone has been easy; efficient; and an overall excellent experience.

Namecheap's call center expertise has always been swift, very intuitive and prompt. Unfortunately, Namecheap has moved their call center off-shore (India, I presume). The gentleman was helpful to the point that he directed me to Hosting, after approximately an hour on the phone. His English was ok but hard to understand, as he investigated my issue, asked direction from his supervisor, and eventually sent me back to the US.The tech in Hosting was helpful and has submitted my code change to be completed within 72 hours.

I don't know what Trustpilot is and was not aware of it during our discussions.

Thank you to my tech Alan for all the help. He was able to help me help my host solve the issue with Microsoft. Great!!!

Hoteline service was very helpful and friendly. Love the fact that they speak spanish and english. Prices in my opnion to high for domains and Website builder - If you need only a simple Webpage or Landing page.

Their AI reception is killing me but their service people are awesome. I always get an answer that helps.
